Power supply (power adapter) regulations usually meet the requirements of safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Safety specifications are more complex. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is a major problem only in the switched power supply, while the traditional linear power supply rarely presents EMC problems. When supplying power to different products, the standard of power supply should be different. In principle, the standard of power supply should be decided by which product to use.
